Decision Analysis

In his book, "Game Theory in Management", Michael Hatfield examines ways in which game theory can be used to evaluate rival technical approaches to solve managerial problems and identify the most effective solutions.

His book also addresses the limits of commonly-used management information systems (MISs), and offers alternatives to those systems.

To demonstrate Mike's ideas, ATP has constructed a proposal management system called "Strategic Mangement Solved" using the SharePoint platform. This system catalogs potential projects identified in requests for proposals (RFP), assigns project teams to the RFP, and analyzes historical and current data to help company management make decisions about where to direct the company to maximize future revenue.
